In Lahore (mnm.com.pk) two restaurants have been sealed for violating the Corona virus-related SOP's.
Relevant restaurants were sealed within the boundaries of Gaddafi Stadium, while the Lahore commissioner also ordered to register an FIR for violating SOPs, while two farmhouses were also sealed on the orders of the commissioner Lahore. He said that all resources would be utilized for the protection of human lives.
On the other hand, challans have also been issued for motorcycles, vehicles and public transport without any mask in Lahore. City Traffic Police said 19,499 challans were issued in two days for violating the Karuna SOPs. There were 11 cases of violation of Corona SOPs in public transport.
More than 50 percent of rides and 177 vehicles were stopped for violating Corona SOPs, according to officials. According to CTO Hamid Abid, there will be no challan in case of riding a motorcycle while there will be no challan for a person in a car without a mask.
It is also worth mentioning here that wearing a driving mask has been made mandatory in Lahore and a fine is being imposed for violating it. The Punjab government has strongly instructed the citizens not to forget to wear masks while driving, otherwise be ready for challan.
It may be recalled that Punjab Health Minister Dr. Yasmeen Rashid has clarified in a Twitter message that all immunization centers will be open seven days a week for the convenience of senior citizens.
Asmeen Rashid said in his tweet that senior citizens who were vaccinated against corona on March 10 should be re-vaccinated on April 1. The elderly should go to the same centers where they were given the first dose.
The second dose of coronavirus should be given 21 days later. This applies to the synoform vaccine, which is available from the 10th of March.
The provincial health minister added that those who received the first vaccine should receive a second dose on the 22nd day, whether they received a reminder or not. According to the report, more than 20,000 people over the age of 60,000 are being vaccinated against the corona virus daily across Punjab.
On Sunday, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that despite the spread of the corona virus, we cannot completely lock down the country. If the corona spreads rapidly, our hospitals will be replenished. Therefore, the public should be careful and stop the spread of Corona.
